Our Salmon

Premium Atlantic salmon, smoked with hickory and cured with Korey’s signature Tellicherry peppercorn blend.

Prepared in small batches, our salmon is slightly sweet, moist, and delicately flaky, with a clean finish. Fully cooked and ready to eat—simply open, serve, and enjoy.

Ingredients

Sustainable Premium Atlantic Salmon (Antibiotic Free), Organic Cane Sugar, Tellicherry Peppercorns, Salt Sugar Cure (0.5% sodium nitrate, 0.5% sodium nitrite, propylene glycol), Hickory Smoke.

Packaging & Order Sizes

Our salmon comes in individually packaged filet portions, making it easy to enjoy one pack at a time. Orders are sold by total weight, and the number of filets varies with their size.

  • 2 lb order: approximately 4–5 individual filets
  • 3 lb order: approximately 6–7 individual filets
  • 4 lb order: approximately 8–9 individual filets

Made-to-Order Party Trays

Our party trays feature a whole salmon filet in 2 lb, 3 lb, or larger sizes. Each tray is made to order. Email Korey for today’s market price.

Storage & Freshness

Keep refrigerated at 40°F or below. Must be eaten or frozen within 90 days.
